His appointment marks an exciting new chapter in the continued development of N\O as an international boutique salon brand, dedicated to inspiring hair professionals with innovative products, creative collections and high-quality education.

Andrius Mašauskas is an internationally recognised hair artist, educator and creative director from Lithuania. His work is known for combining technical precision with contemporary creativity, translating international trends into techniques that are both inspiring and commercially relevant for the salon. With a foundation rooted in the Vidal Sassoon methodology and years of international education alongside leading industry names, Andrius has built an impressive reputation. His work has been recognised with the prestigious International Visionary Award at the Alternative Hair Show, while his education and stage presentations continue to inspire hairdressers around the world. As International Art Director, Andrius is also the creative force behind the upcoming N\O EVOLVE Collection, full of Form and Motion. This new collection embodies the N\O philosophy through contemporary shapes, dynamic movement and salon-ready techniques that inspire professionals to express their creativity with confidence.

For N\O, this collaboration is about more than welcoming a new International Art Director.
